Make it four games and four clean 3-0 sweeps for Merritt Island who turned a close match into a runaway defeating New Smyrna Beach 25-21, 25-19, 25-10.
A relentless front row attack led by Bella Becker, Lydia Scott, and Ema Michell all had 11 kills.
Blocks were evenly distributed as well with Scott leading the way with 4 and Michell, Becker, and Peyton Riordan each with 3.
Senior setter Amber Ives had 19 assists and 4 aces. Michell also had 4 aces while Alyssa Passmore had 13 assists.
Senior libero Reece Loggins led the way with 10 digs and also had an ace.
Ana Relic had 2 kills and a block.
Whitney Wisniewski had 5 digs and an ace as the Mustangs continue to apply pressure on opponents with aggressive serving. Merritt Island Mustang Volleyball now 4-0 on the season.
